Changes

Change is not the same as evolution.

Evolution is a natural process that does not take into account emotion or thought, while change happens when many time we make the best of a situation given our human condition (and all our fallacies).

That's what's happening here. Change.

The old site was nice and custom built, but was not easy to update and only one person could actually do it. The result was slow updates, and only from one person's point of view. We're changing that to include more contributors and frequent updates.

The old site didn't allow user comments and suggestions, resulting in us losing touch with each other. That's another situation we felt needed changing.

Finally, we decided to focus more on riding (and running the distro) and less on stressing about technology and multi-media advances. Why not let someone else do server and code upgrading? Besides, at this day and age, perhaps this is the way to go - everyone else is blogging anyway, so why not everyoneBMX?
